Registration for Admission to LKG, UKG, Std I- VIII & XI are now open. You may approach the school office directly for registration and admission on all working days between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm. Those who are abroad may fill in and submit the application form available at the home page. Admission Procedure

LKG, UKG & Std I

1. Pupils seeking admission to L.K.G, U.K.G & Std I should register their names before the end of January.
2. There will be no written test for the students seeking admission to the K.G. Section.
3. In the case of admission to K.G. and Std I, an attested copy each of the Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card must be produced at the time of admission.
4. The name of the student, parents and other particulars entered in the application form (including initials) should be in accordance with the entries in the Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card.

Age Limits on Admission

• LKG - Age 4 as on 31st May
• UKG - Age 5 as on 31st May
• Std I - Age 6 as on 31st May

Std II - VIII & XI

1. Normally, the admission to the other classes (Std 2-8 & 11) will be based on the availability of seats and the applicant's performance in the entrance test as per schedule.
2. The students will be tested in their basic knowledge of English, Mathematics and Science based on the topics they have learned in the previous year.
3. The entrance exam is for the duration of two hours and the result of the same will be announced on the next working day. The results will be published on the school notice board and can also be enquired over the phone.
4. Short listed candidates will have to appear for an interview with the Principal on the specified day.
5. The candidate must be accompanied by his/her parents at the time of interview.
6. Attested copies of the Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card of the candidate must be submitted to the office along with the filled in application form in advance.
7. Students seeking admission by transfer from other schools should submit the Transfer Certificate and the Mark Statement of the Annual / Terminal examination from the previous school.
8. The original T.C must be submitted to the school office at least by the 2nd week of June.
9. The name of the student, parents and other particulars entered in the application form (including initials) should be in accordance with the entries in the Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card.
10. School Fee must be remitted as onetime payment or as ten installments in the Bank. There will be 5% discount in the amount of the fees if paid in a single installment in the beginning of the academic year.

Std XI

1. The students seeking admissions to Std. XI in the Science stream will be tested in the knowledge of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
2. The students seeking admissions to Std. XI in the Commerce stream will be tested in the knowledge of English, Statistics, and Economics. (Topics from Mathematics also will be included in the test for those students who opt Mathematics instead of IP).
3. Students who appeared for Mathematics Basic in their class X Board examination are not eligible to apply for any stream involving Mathematics.
4. While returning the filled - in application form, a passport size photograph of the applicant and the mark list of the 1st terminal examination (Std.X) must be submitted to the school office.

The candidates should submit the following documents at the time of the admission.

• Original Mark list of Board examinations.
• Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended.
• Course and Conduct Certificate from the Institute last attended.
• Attested copy of the Birth Certificate.
• Attested copy of the Aadhar Card.
